About Empress

Who is Empress?

Diane Weatherhead, ARMA

I am Diane Weatherhead, owner and manager of Empress Consultancy. I am an Associate of the Records Management Association.

I help organisations design, develop, and implement systems and practices to manage their records and archives.

Since establishing my business in 1992, I've developed a reputation for providing inspired solutions to clients. I'm proud of what Empress Consultancy represents and of my achievements in the recordkeeping industry.

My approach

I have a down-to-earth approach with a realistic attitude and a friendly and professional approach to my clients. To transfer and share my ideas and skills I develop an easy rapport and gain trust. I communicate in a manner that makes sure staff buy in to successful recordkeeping practices.

I work closely with my clients to develop recordkeeping systems that:

  • comply with relevant legislation
  • are valuable corporate assets now and in the future.

I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience, and helping my clients realise the value and importance of recordkeeping to their business.

My passion

My passion is designing systems that enable people to find what they want, where they want it, when they need it. Information is a valuable asset. It's my job to help you manage this asset in the best possible way.
